A chocolate hazelnut covered bird told us that today is World Nutella Day. Since eating it out of the jar with a spoon is how we spend regular days, we decided to celebrate with quick mini brownies! Let’s get this party started.
1/2 cup Nutella
5 tbsp flour (whole wheat, white, whatever you’ve got!)
Directions: Mash ingredients together in a bowl and spoon in to small cupcake liners, baking dishes, pans – be as creative as you want! Our mini brownies baked at 350 for 20 minutes. Be sure to watch them after 15, as time is dependent on the size you make em (bigger = more time to cook). This recipe can be doubled, tripled or quadrupled – we suggest basing how many you make on how much Nutella you can get your hands on.
