We have another great recipe for you rockstars this week! Bitchin’ Kitchen would like to thank the CocktailDeeva for this week’s Weekend Drink submission. The CocktailDeeva sent in a spicy Wasabi Caesar recipe sure to knock your socks off!

4 ounces Wasabi infused Vodka
1.5 cups tomato juice
1 ounce Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 lemon wedge
1 teaspoon pepper

To infuse the vodka, make your wasabi paste on the thick side. Add the vodka and wasabi paste to a container with a tight lid – shake, and let sit for a while. Take a coffee filter and place over a martini shaker. Strain wasabi mixture through filter. To the shaker, add tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir, and serve over ice. Garnish with bacon wrapped scallop or wasabi peas, if desired.
