1 cup simple syrup
6 ounces of raspberries
2 peaches, cubed
1 cup lemon juice
4 ounce peach schnapps (or vodka)
Directions: In a pot, bring to a boil the simple syrup, raspberries and cubes peaches. Let the mixture simmer, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a blender. Puree, until the fruit bits are completely smooth. Strain and pour into a pitcher. Add about 4 cups of water plus the lemon juice and let it chill in the refrigerator. You can opt to pour the 4 ounces of liquor to the entire pitcher or make them on request. For individual cocktails, add one ounce of peach schnapps or vodka to a glass and top with raspberry peach juice.
