The Dublin Iced Coffee

With cold-brew coffee, craft beer, Irish whiskey, and a splash of heavy cream, consider this drink the Breakfast of Hipster Champions™.


Dublin Iced Coffee


2 oz. strong, cold-brew coffee
2 oz. stout beer (Guinness or something craftier)
1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
3/4 oz. simple syrup (see our DIY recipe here)
1/2 oz. heavy cream
cinnamon (for garnish)

Directions: Mix coffee, stout, whiskey, and simple syrup in a glass filled with ice. Stir until cold. Gently pour cream so it mixes all pretty-like with the dark liquid. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
