With the holidays gone and the January blues fusing in to February, we figured we’d keep the party going with a rosemary, cucumber vodka tonic. Trust us, this almost festive drink will keep your spirits up as you come down from that new year high.
3 sprigs rosemary
2 oz. vodka
4 oz. tonic water
Wash and slice half a cucumber and place three them in a glass. Next, in a shaker squeeze & add one lime wedge as well as one sprig of rosemary. Muddle lightly and add 1 ounce of vodka. Strain contents in to the glass. Add ice and the last ounce of vodka. Top with tonic and give it a light stir. Add another spring of rosemary for garnish and serve.
