Drinks Creamy Coffee Boozeshake
There isn’t always time to wait in line for a gourmet coffee. There definitely isn’t time to skirt past two-straws-one-cup couples just to get a diner milkshake. And you know we won’t waste our time on anything non-alcoholic. Like all great inventions, this Creamy Coffee Boozeshake is the product of necessity.
Ingredients (makes one)
1/4 cup strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup Irish Cream Liqueur
2 tbsp chocolate syrup or melted chocolate spread
1 cup ice cream (plain vanilla or chocolate work best)
Chocolate covered espresso beans (who’d pass up on these?)
Directions: I said it before, but this recipe is definitely not about wasting time. Shkiaff all of the ingredients in to a blender, and feel free to a do a little eye-balling. Blend, stare off in to space and eventually come back when it’s smooth. Poor in a glass, garnish and get all of your favorites fixes at once. Or just use those diner double straws to hit it straight from the blender. We won’t judge you too harshly.
We think the term “boozeshake” is gonna take off. Remember where you heard it first, folks. Now if you don’t mind, we do have lots of things to do…like make this, drink it, and then make it and drink it again.
