Sometimes, on a hot summer day, all you want to do is sit in the shade of the front porch with a cold drink in hand. Well, in L.A. we don’t have porches and drinking on the sidewalk is illegal. But whatever, this drink is motherforking delicious.
2 cups fresh cherries
2 cups cold water
1/4 cup agave nectar, honey, or our DIY simple syrup
juice of 4 lemons
1 cup vodka
Directions: Remove pits from the cherries and add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until combined, then serve over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a fresh cherry.
For a party, serve in our snazzy punch bowl. Or hell, just do a few shots, screw making drinks, and use the bowl for your cherries!
