Drinks Berry and Kiwi Smoothie

We have another great recipe for you Bitchin’ Kitchen fans this week! The great thing about smoothies is that they are easy to make, healthy and only take a couple of minutes. Sounds pretty tasty!

6 fresh or frozen strawberries
8 fresh of frozen raspberries
2 ripe kiwis, peeled and cut
6 ounces low-fat yogurt
4 ounces skim milk

Put all ingredients in the blender or magic bullet and blend until desired consistency. Add more milk if you want a thinner smoothie. Garnish with some berries or mint, and serve right away.

Pretty simple, huh? Enjoy!
