Have you ever tried to make some of your favorite martinis at home so you can enjoy them on a random night with friends as well?
One of our favorites, the basil martini, is surprisingly very easy to whip up!
1/2oz of lime juice
4 basil leaves, lightly crushed
In a glass or plastic container, add Vodka and basil leaves. Lightly muddle the basil leaves and cover container with plastic wrap so that the basil infuses with the Vodka. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes… or longer depending how basil-tastic you want it.
When the mixture is ready, strain the infused Vodka into a martini shaker and add Vermouth, lime juice and ice. Shake well.
Pour into martini glass and garnish with basil leaves.
