Drinks Acai Blueberry Caipiroska
Simple syrup (as needed)
1 part sugar
1 part water
10 fresh blueberries
1 lime, cut into 8 wedges
0.5 oz simple syrup or 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
2 oz Van Gogh Acai Berry Vodka
Making simple syrup: in a small saucepan combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour syrup into a funnel inserted into a bottle, like French lemonade bottles that have a cap. Place in fridge and chill for at least an hour before ready to serve.
Making the cocktail: in a cocktail shaker, muddle blueberries, limes and simple syrup. Add vodka and fill with ice. Shake.
Pour into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with mint leaf and extra blueberries
