We know our meat-eating fans are pretty open to trying new things, so we won't waste another minute trying to convince them these dishes are delish! Tonight, Nadia’s serving up sweet, spicy and creamy Channa Dhansak jam-packed with ginger and tamarind. She’s also bringing you some Gluten-free Buckwheat Pancakes topped with tender new potatoes, and gooey melted Raclette cheese. Finally for dessert, she’s wow-ing you with a sumptuous (and vegan) Dark Chocolate & Caramelized Banana Pie!
Sounds so tasty, even the meatiest of meat-lovers will agree!

Sure, it seems like there are tons of fad diets out there: dairy-free, carb-free, insect-free (our personal favorite) but for this week’s Supperclub Challenge, we’re showing you that gluten-free doesn’t have to be taste-free! Our secret: cheese. We smother some gluten-free pancakes in cheese. Oh yeah and there are potatoes too. Potatoes and cheese, cuz that’s how we rock out with our... gluten out (of the recipe).
Keeping healthy in the winter months is key, but the effort needed to get all of your daily veggies can leave you feeling like a ravenous rabbit! Salads are great and all, but shkoffing so many greens can get a little boring. Combining your veggies in one easy to drink beverage is quick, customizable and doesn’t pack the crate-load of sodium that the store-bought version has! You can use this recipe as a guide, but feel free to sub in your favorite veggies or amp up the spices.
