Directions
In a blender, combine the coconut milk, pineapple juice, banana, rum and ice. Blend until smooth. Coat the bottom of a glass with grenadine, and pour the mixture in.This drink is potent enough to temporarily fill that hollow feeling you get when you think of the cold winter months ahead - then again, when the cold finally hits you can always pop in a few DVDs of the good old days when CHiPs, and Estrada's hair were both in their prime. Ah, the 80's.
