Directions:
Pasta
Boil the linguine in salted water until they are al dente.
Sauce
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add olive oil, garlic, your chile flakes, salt, and freshly cracked pepper. Sauté the mixture until your garlic is golden. Remove from heat.
Shkiaffing it Together
Once the pasta is cooked al dente, strain it, and drop it in the garlicky olive oil. Turn on the heat to medium again and mix it up for a few minutes with some finely minced fresh parsley.
Next, remove pasta from the pan and put it into serving dish. Sprinkle pasta with some affordable Romano cheese (Parmesan if your wealthy and just going through that "broke" phase).
Remember, Aglio-Olio can feed four people under five bucks, so have your friends bring the booze. As the old Italian saying goes: "give a little, take everything." Enjoy!
