We are really psyched to announce that Nadia G's Bitchin' Kitchen Cookbook is going to be part of the Vancouver Welcome Gift for the 2009 Juno Award Nominees. This means that loads of talented Canadian musicians will soon be enjoying our book and - if they know what's good for them - cooking up some of our recipes!

A Guide to the New Site

Tuesday, 10 March 2009 15:35

Whoa! These next-gen sites are CRAZY! We know you might be taken aback by the awesomeness of this site. We've been working hard to jam-pack it with goodies for you, so here's a guide to help you make the most of them:

The new site is divided into 4 main sections: Bitchin' Kitchen (all the videos and recipes you love, with loads of new ones on the way); Rock this House (design and décor videos, articles and ideas); Kulture (from trends to travel, anything we think is wicked); and Community (sign up and join a community of fierce foodies).

The main page is now organized as a blog, so by scrolling through it you catch up with what's new with us. You can also browse it using the "sort by" menu.

All videos are now clickable, so you can have fun clicking to unlock the mysteries behind Nadia G's madness.

You can choose the serving size for any Bitchin' recipe, and use our grocery list generator to help you stock up on supplies

Is it Bitchin' asks you to define the Bitchin' Sub-Kulture. Vote on stuff to let us know whether you think it's hot or not. The most bitchin' things will rise to the top of the Is it Bitchin page. You can also submit stuff for everyone to vote on

Bitch-o-rama has become Rant-Line, which lets you vent your frustration about life's annoyances.

Our kick-ass commenting system makes it easier for you to join the conversation

We know you'll love the new site, and we always welcome your comments, suggestions... and gifts!

Montreal Book Signing

Friday, 20 February 2009 20:13

This book signing ROCKED! Big love to everyone who came to laugh, shkoff, drink and party. Over 120 superstars attended this event: young, old, hungry and hot. We had an amazing time!

Big thanks to Musique Plus, CTV and all the media that covered our event. Props to Bloodshot Bill who brought down the roof with his live R&R. The gorgeous Scarlett James and Miss V, who helped make this a night to remember.

Love to our rockalicious sponsors: Vitamin Water, 4AD Roughtrade & Dickie's for providing refreshments and Bitchin' swag for all. Congrats to all the peeps who won fab prizes! Beautiful bracelets from Lydia Lukidis, and an exclusive apron from Carolyn's Kitchen in LA. Enjoy!

Hope to see you all at our next event, have fun with the book, and check out the rest of the pics from the event here.

Love,
The Bitchin' Kitchen Crew
