Pop culture aficionado, Angelique Picanco (AP), is Bitchin’ Lifestyle’s managing editor, community manager, and social media mastermind. When she’s not writing for the BK website and chatting it up with you on Facebook and Twitter, she spends her evenings pursuing a second degree, a diploma in Journalism, while secretly planning world domination on weekends. Things are progressing nicely.
Maintaining her position as senior managing web editor and managing the oh-so-awesome BK Crew, Angelique also helps create the latest and greatest community-based contests.
As an avid traveler, Angelique has visited the likes of Western Canada where she spent her days poking hibernating bears. She has also vacationed in South America, Europe, and once backpacked through the grueling posh streets of Los Angeles, California with nothing but her Steve Madden pumps, the clothes on her back and last season’s Louis Vuitton bag. It was a rough journey.
Having been with Bitchin’ Kitchen prior to it’s move from online to prime time, Angelique now hopes to spread the Bitchin’ love across North America and beyond.
A girl of many passions, Ela has changed career paths more often than Katy Perry changes hair color.
She began her academic adventures in Cinema & Communications and after a hop and skip through Social Sciences, ended up in Law. And that was just college. She is currently getting her BA in Classical Civilization at Concordia University … with a Minor in Art History perhaps?
And while this array of “aspirations” has yet to materialize in a concrete life plan, it makes for some good Jeopardy skills. It also brought her to Bitchin Kitchen, where she uses her multi-tasking abilities on everything from office administration, picking up dry cleaning, proof-reading articles to her most important task of all: getting coffee for the office.
