Ian Macmillian is Bitchin Kitchen’s lighting man, gaffer, and camera operator. Working side by side with John, he keeps electricity pumping through the lamps in the BK studio. Ian is also known to jump on the camera from time to time. He enjoys offering up culinary tips on set, such as: "Poot eet eein the fookin' blendhir", this colorful advice is always served with a side of "Sunny Disposition".

Amanda Garque

Amanda Garque is Bitchin’ Kitchen’s production coordinator and resident Jill of all Trades. Whether on set or in the office between shoots, Amanda has her paws in everything that needs to get done. A multitasker by trade, Amanda has applied this philosophy to all aspects of her life. Recently, she completed bachelor’s degrees in three distinct areas of study with the hopes of showing the world that you actually can build a career from a background in digital media, semiotic analysis and liberal arts.

Professionally, Amanda has worked in a variety of fields such as program development, customer service and custom t-shirt design. If you live in Montreal, she has probably made your coffee, solved your cell phone issues or heckled your band during open-mic night. Furry animal enthusiast and vegetarian food fanatic, Amanda spends most of her free time using her prodigious sixth sense to track down novelty foods on an international level. She also occupies her days engaged in clumsy adventures with friends and is convinced that ‘Superbad’ was the result of Seth Rogen covertly following their every move (We’re still waiting for our cheque Rogen).
