Us Italians are experts on extravagant seafood. But if you're in the mood for something a little lighter, just omit all critters except for the clams to make a fantastic clam spaghetti. Or you can even omit everything but the bottle of wine. Amen.

This recipe is killer: a juicy chunk of prime beef, topped with crispy French-fried onions and a side of glistening roasted tomatoes. All meals should be like this one! I mean it, the faster you clog up those arteries, the faster you get that inheritance.

In the Bitchin' Basics Nadia mentiones how important it is to buy organic foods, especially when it comes to meat. If you haven't been taking her advice, now's the time to start. Since this burger is seared medium-rare - and is so juicy that it'll be dripping down your chin - you need to only use fresh organic chuck. No excuses or exceptions.
