Ahhh Valentine’s day, a day dedicated to all those routinely unromantic people who need to escape the proverbial doghouse. A time when tacky is the new black and the price of a nice dinner sends you to the poor house faster than it takes you to shkoff it down. How special.

At BK, we're all about the so-happy-it-was-invented Freezer-to-Oven Exceldor Turkey this holiday season. Because the less time we spend slaving over the bird, the more time we have to spice things up with our Bitchin' Chestnut Stuffing with Pancetta. Buttery chestnuts, crispy pancetta, sweet apricots...this Holiday Side Dish is a far cry from your great aunt's musholite green beans :P!
